The breakfast buffet provided a wide selection. It included both sweet and savory options. The staff was cute. They did their best to accommodate all needs.
The room was not cleaned properly. The toilet seat had some spots. the shower had fungus in the corners. The coffee corner was full of dust.

Really good Stay in the Heart of the City!

The hotel's location is CENTRAL! Everything I wanted to see was within easy walking distance. The breakfast buffet was AMAZING!!! There were so many choices. I had an unexpected upgrade to a suite. The room was spacious, which I found to be awesome. The bed had very comfortable linens.
The in-room coffee capsules came at an extra charge, which wasn't clear initially.

Really good Staff and Great Location

Simona provided excellent service. She took great care of us upon our late arrival, which i appreciated. I hope to return and stay at the hotel again. The staff was helpful when i needed assistance from Halina and she handled my request well.
The television sound from the next room was audible as if it was in my room. This affected my rest during the afternoon and morning hours.

wifi problem bathroom mould
the reception staff was really great and doing a great job.
The wifi didn't work anywhere in the hotel. It was a real frustration. our shower had quite a bit of mould. the bathroom was also very small and tight. I barely had elbow room.

the breakfast included many options in a nice space.. the room i stayed in was adequate. perhaps the bathroom could benefit from a walk-in shower rather than a bathtub.

the hotel staff were friendly. i forgot my phone charger, they provided me a charger when i asked.
my room was small and i feel disappointed about it. the bed was also small and i had only one pillow. the bathroom smelled of drains.
